ISO 30415:2021 - Human resource management — Diversity and Inclusion Foundation Course

A two-day course covering the guidance requirements of ISO 30415 – Human Resource Management - Diversity and Inclusion for use in organizations

International Standard for ‘Human resource management - Diversity and inclusion’ which is a guideline, aimed at helping to develop an inclusive workplace. Topics covered include the need for an ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, addressing inequalities in organizational systems, and developing policies, processes and practices in a systematic manner.

Course Highlights:

After completing the course, attendees should have an understanding of what diversity and Inclusion entails and in particular be able to recognize:

  • The aims of ISO 30415
  • What it means to promote inclusiveness
  • Diversity & Inclusion prerequisites
  • Benefits of developing an inclusive organization
  • Implementing the guidance standard requirements in ISO 30415

Additional Benefits:

  • Pre-course activity: A self-paced learning/eLearning on ISO - Main Features of Management System Standards.  It is optional but highly recommended to complete. (Duration 30 minutes)
  • Post-course activity: Online self-assessment tool on D&I, enabling you to work with it at your own pace and time based on what you have learned during Day 2

Class Hours:
In Class: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | LiveOnline: 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. CST. Classes are delivered in 90 minute segments with 30 minute breaks in between with up to four (4) sessions per day.
