This 3-day course is designed to provide practical knowledge and techniques to enable safety leaders at all levels to continually improve their organization's safety performance. It will address current management systems thinking as well as cultural issues that influence the effective application of system elements.

- Understand their role as leaders in creating an appropriate safety culture and process
- Understand the importance of risk assessment in creating a proactive safety process
- Apply basic risk assessment technology on a day-to-day basis
- Apply practical tools and techniques for risk control
- Participate more effectively in their organization's safety process
- Highly interactive exercises and case studies
- Discussion with peers facing similar challenges when developing or upgrading their management system
- Working sessions to consider impact to your own organization's management system
- Course developed and conducted by experienced consultants and trainers

Safety, loss control and risk management professionals, supervisors, and other operating managers with safety responsibilities.
Class Hours:
In Class: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | LiveOnline: 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. CST. Classes are delivered in 90 minute segments with 30 minute breaks in between with up to four (4) sessions per day.
All our public courses can also be delivered in-house at your premises either as standard or tailored depending on the needs and requirements of your business.
