The Roadmap to Collaborative High Reliability Certification Webinar Series: Seeing and Understanding Risk

The first step in the Sequence of Reliability is to See and Understand Risk. Recognizing the essential values in healthcare – safety, privacy, compassion, stewardship and equity/access – this webinar will explore how organizations are improving how risk is recognized and managed, beyond reacting to adverse events. Organizations striving for high reliability focus attention and clarity “below the waterline,” leading to improved system, human, and organizational reliability. 

The webinar will also describe the first two steps in the DNV independent assessment leading to organization certification in the Collaborative High Reliability model:

• Triad Process
