DNV and grupo report sign a technical collaboration MoU to advance topics related to ESG and sustainability across Latin America

Signing took place on March 16, in São Paulo.

DNV and grupo report announced the signature of a MoU that will support technical collaboration on ESG topics, and effectively, allow both companies to offer a combined portfolio with a wide range of services including training, strategy definition, sustainability consulting, report verification & assurance and communication services across the Latin American region. 

"This partnership will enable our customers to have access to an integrated range of products and services with DNV’s recognized technical excellence and quality while leveraging the expertise of grupo report in the Brazilian market and across the region," said Caroline Passuello, DNV's Latin America Consulting and Evaluation Manager.

As part of the agreement, both companies may recommend the use of the other party’ services to its client base. Such recommendation in no way is mandatory for clients and won’t affect either parties’ independence or separation of duties.
