Signing took place on March 16, in São Paulo.
DNV and grupo report announced the signature of a MoU that will support technical collaboration on ESG topics, and effectively, allow both companies to offer a combined portfolio with a wide range of services including training, strategy definition, sustainability consulting, report verification & assurance and communication services across the Latin American region.

Through this technical collaboration, both companies are strengthened in benefit of all clients in the Latin America region. As part of the agreement, both companies may recommend the use of the other party’ services to its client base. Such recommendation in no way is mandatory for clients and won’t affect either parties’ independence or separation of duties.
