Mr. Holcomb graduated from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in 1976, with a BS in Marine Engineering. He worked as a Test and Trials engineer at the Ingalls Shipbuilding and sailed as a Licensed Engineer on U.S. Merchant vessels. He joined Keppel Offshore and Marine in 1991 and has worked in Business Development roles. Currently he is the Senior VP Marketing.

Myra joined DNV in 2012 and in her current capacity, supports DNV Region Americas Maritime in achieving it’s strategic and tactical goals by developing and implementing integrated communications strategies and plans through outreach and industry engagement. Myra is a graduate of Massachusetts Maritime Academy with a BSc in International Maritime Business.
