WEBINAR: Battery Power for Cruise Vessels & Yachts

Join us for this complimentary webinar with participation from Corvus Energy

Battery technology has developed rapidly since first being introduced to the maritime industry and is now considered as a viable alternative power system for ships. While the number and size of battery hybrid vessels have steadily increased in recent years, widespread adoption remains limited, along with experience in using the technology.

The success of battery and battery-hybrid projects depends on understanding the key technical limitations, selecting the optimal battery technologies, and integrating these projects into existing assets, or new assets, and the infrastructure network.

The following topics will be examined during this webinar:

  • Why batteries
  • An overview of the status of battery uptake
  • Battery technology development and trends
  • DNV services
  • A Panel discussion with Corvus Energy, including open Q&A

Who should attend
