The ROC is a committee sponsored by DNV which is comprised of industry experts and leaders seeking to establish expectations and align the industry for future growth and development for Rig owners. In this forum, members can discuss and propose potential changes to the DNV Rules, exchange knowledge, and share their experience and feedback. The ROC meets annually in a forum to discuss relevant topics and hear from speakers from all parties involved with offshore, including DNV, manufacturers, regulatory, owners, operators, and other industry partners.
