Jeff Witte is a management system and business enhancement executive with 18 years experience in the risk management industry. With a wide spectrum of experience working with Government, Manufacturing, Commercial and Service Industries, Mr. Witte has worked with hundreds of companies in helping them achieve their management system and business enhancement goals. For the last 19 years he has been working for Certification Bodies in a variety of leadership positions from Vice President of Certification Services to his current position as Executive Director, Sales at DNV GL
Over the years, Mr. Witte has been published in Quality Progress, Quality Digest and Quality Systems Update to name a few. His speaking highlights include: American Society for Quality, Quality Expo International, LifeScience Alley, numerous Chambers of Commerce and numerous industry and standard specific webinars.
For over 4 decades, Wes has been building a successful career in Information Security. Wes was recruited by IBM where he spent many years building his corporate career. In 1996, Wes began his entrepreneurial journey providing consulting and training services to Network Security clientele. His agency developed a specialization with Assessments and Forensics. Wes is still a certified instructor in Ethical Hacking, Forensic Investigation, and Certified CISO training. In 2008, Wes was presented with an outstanding opportunity to work with Georgia’s Department of Revenue (DOR). Throughout his tenure, he has fulfilled many roles. Prior to his retirement in 2020, Wes was the Chief Information Security Officer and managed the DOR Office of Information Security. Following his retirement from the State, Wes accepted a position as the Director of Business Development for the Government Sector with Needling Worldwide. There he conducts CMMC, NIST, and ISO27701 based audits and assessments as well as vCISO services.
