Captain Prestigiacomo has over 25 years of experience obtained across the shipping industry, including seagoing expertise encompasses cruise ships. Antonio is a Business Development Director for Region Americas, supporting the development and coordination of DNV strategic tactical planning for maritime and offshore market. He fills also the role as Key Account Manager for Cruise and Yacht segment, and leads the Americas Maritime Academy. He is passionate towards addressing challenges of decarbonization and introducing digitalization. He is a former Merchant Ship Captain, with a BSc in Maritime Operations Management and a MSc in Engineering and Management. He is also registered as Chartered Marine Engineer and Chartered Marine Technologist at UK Council of Engineering and at IMarEST (International Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology)
