What is in house training?
In house training is when a DNV trainer comes to your site to teach a class for your staff or group, or when a training session is held exclusively for your staff or group at some off-site location.

Employers may choose in house training for a group of employees. Organisations with a variety of sites spread geographically may choose in house training which brings together people from each of their sites. In house training is scheduled at your convenience. It can be designed as a single session or as multiple sessions.

Is all in house training custom designed?
The great benefit of in house training is that it is always tailored for your needs, whether you choose from a list of existing courses or wish to create your own programme.

Most of our public courses can be delivered in house for your organisation. When you choose one of these topics you will be able to focus the emphasis of the programme on your specific needs. If we do not have an existing course on the topic you have in mind, we will select an appropriate trainer and work with you and that instructor to create a programme to meet your needs.
