DNV (U.S.A.), Inc. is accredited under Section 95132, Title 17, California Code of Regulations Section 95100-95133, the mandatory reporting regulations for Greenhouse Gases pursuant to Assembly Bill 32 (the Global Warming Solutions Act of 2006) as a verification body able to verify inventories of entities subject to Title 17. Emission data Reports in 2010 – specifying GHG emissions from 2009 – must be verified by a California Air Resources Board (CARB) accredited third-party verifier like DNV. This past year, CARB allowed emissions reports to be “certified” by facility/plant managers. Not so going forward.
